Folkal was created by HR professionals who noticed a lack of internal safeguards within many companies across the nation. We wanted to do something to help companies address difficult issues that too often came unexpectedly, and were rarely handled appropriately. From simple employee conflicts, to more serious matters like sexual harassment, workplace violence, retaliation, or discrimination, Folkal has helped companies address and resolve these problems in a way that maintains the dignity of the employees, and protects the company against legal action. We saw the opportunity to provide a resource that would save companies millions of dollars down the road.
